• Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional project and delivery
• Being a subject matter expert on the suite of platforms and services in development
• Keeping up to date with platform and service roadmaps
• Collaborating with Engineering teams in other regions and globally
• Championing good development practices
• Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams
• Resolving technical and security incidents
• Building and maintaining good relationships with technology, product, and operations teams
• Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and proposing measurable solutions
• Reporting against OKRs and KPIs
• Supporting and collaborating with other Tech Leads
• Taking ownership of tasks assigned by the Director of Technology for Europe

Key Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Developer/Engineer
• 3 years of experience leading Engineers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (React/Angular), and Java
