We are seeking an experienced Tech Delivery Lead to support a major portfolio governance and delivery transformation programme within a highly regulated environment.

Working closely with the Group Portfolio Director and central PMO, you will help establish and embed a consistent planning, tracking, and reporting framework across multiple delivery towers. The role will focus on improving governance, portfolio visibility, delivery reporting, risk management, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of portfolio planning and tracking frameworks.
• Support PMO governance processes and delivery controls.
• Produce high-quality programme and portfolio reporting.
• Ensure consistent data definitions, reporting standards, and governance practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery performance reporting.
• Work with senior stakeholders to support funding and prioritisation decisions.
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Tech Delivery Lead, Programme Lead, PMO Lead, or Delivery Manager.
• Extensive experience in programme reporting and PMO governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong experience working in large programmes, programme reporting, working with and implementing PMO governance.
• Experience working within Financial Services, Banking, Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Accounting, or Financial Consultancy environment
