Summary: The Tech & Data Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a high-profile banking client, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent in the tech and data sectors. This role is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, requiring three days per week onsite in Edinburgh. The recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing the hiring model and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
