Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial agreements, including third-party supplier contracts.
- Advising on privacy and data protection matters related to supplier arrangements.
- Managing multiple projects and supporting colleagues to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- Advising on legal and regulatory issues relevant to retail banking products and drafting customer-facing terms and conditions.
- Instructing and collaborating with outside counsel on specialist matters as necessary.
Key Skills:
- UK qualified lawyer with around 2-5 years PQE.
- Experience in financial services regulatory and commercial contracts.
- Proficient in drafting, advising, and negotiating third-party supplier commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of data protection issues, particularly in supplier arrangements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- In-house experience is preferred but not essential.
