Key Responsibilities:

• Creating monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with corporate guidelines and legal regulations.
• Conducting budget and result planning as well as economic analyses.
• Preparing reports, ad-hoc evaluations, and monthly reports.
• Initiating and implementing measures and projects for process optimization, particularly in IT systems/applications.
• Acting as the central contact person for internal interfaces, including operational units and the shared service center, as well as collaborating with auditors.
• Driving the development and optimization of the internal control system with a solution-oriented approach.
• Leading the five-member accounting team both disciplinarily and professionally.

Key Skills:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g., certified accountant.
• Experience in accounting and controlling, with solid knowledge of annual financial statement processes, e.g., as an audit assistant.
• Good commercial process understanding for sales (debtors), purchasing (creditors), fixed assets, and HR.
• Extensive experience with accounting-relevant IT systems, preferably with Autoline (or other DMS systems).
• Leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility.
• Strong interface competence combined with a hands-on mentality and IT affinity.
