As a Team Leader You Will
- Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Monitor station platform procedures and conduct safety/security checks, inspections, and audits to maintain a secure environment.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Coordinate all customer service activities, especially during disruptions, to meet company specifications and passenger charter requirements.
- Support the Station Manager: Manage day-to-day human resource issues, contractors, and premises, ensuring all work is carried out to specified standards.
- Train Despatch: Assist with the correct and safe method of train despatch, preventing avoidable delays.
