Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our Weighing (South) team as a Team Lead , where you will provide both proactive and reactive support to technicians to ensure service delivery meets contracted SLAs and exceeds customer expectations. You will be responsible for leading the team to achieve operational excellence at the lowest possible cost while maximizing revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated leader passionate about driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative environment.

Proactively provide technical and operational support to Technicians and the service back office to ensure smooth service delivery. Deputise for the Service Manager - Analytical and Weighing, and the Weighing Team Leader (South), as required. Manage escalations effectively to achieve prompt and satisfactory resolutions, enhancing customer satisfaction. Support the Service Manager - Analytical and Weighing in maximizing chargeable opportunities and overseeing regional service management. Deliver or organize technician training sessions to maintain high standards of technical competency. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, customer-specific site regulations, and quality systems. Conduct customer site surveys to advise on and provide quotes for service work.
