The Team Clothing & Apparel Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of clothing, footwear and technical race apparel for the Cadillac Formula 1 ® Team. This role ensures that team members are equipped with the correct, high-quality, and compliant apparel both at the factory and trackside, while maintaining a highly organised system for stock management, ordering, distribution, and logistics.

  • Oversee allocation, distribution, and recordkeeping of team clothing, footwear, and travel kits.
  • Manage sizing, fitting, replenishment, and rotation of garments to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and maintain inventory of team apparel (suits, boots, gloves, underwear, protective items) and support items.
  • Handle allocation and upkeep of pit stop apparel and safety equipment.
  • Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate inventory for events and contingencies.
