Summary: The Norfolk & Waveney Specialist Services Care Group is seeking a part-time Team Administrator to support the Parent and Infant Relationship Service and the Perinatal Community Mental Health Team. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage various administrative tasks and support senior management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet service users and their families, responding to enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Process referrals and maintain patient records.
  • Generate letters and produce documentation.
  • Take and distribute minutes for meetings.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks.
  • Manage diary schedules and follow up on actions as necessary.
  • Work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Full administration experience, including diary management and minute taking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of secretarial procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge of the Lorenzo EPR System is desirable but not essential.
