TEACHING ASSISTANT – Bank Staff

Pay rate: LSEAT pay spine 12 (FTE £24,487)

Contract: Zero hours – hours offered as and when the school requires cover

We are an Outstanding school for pupils with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, some with associated autism. Manor Mead is our Primary School for 4-11 year olds in Shepperton with a satellite provision in Virginia Water. We require people who would have the flexibility to work school term time on an ad-hoc basis, when cover is required in school.

You will support the educational and care needs of the special students, working alongside the existing school staff at Manor Mead Shepperton. The role would suit those with school experience, graduates or those who have spare time looking for additional hours in a rewarding, happy environment. Manor Mead School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Following the procedures recommended to safeguard children, we will be taking up references if you are shortlisted for an interview. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check.
