Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in one or more modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish, German).

- Differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring progress and achievement for students of all abilities.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including GCSE and A-Level exams, in line with exam board requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and cross-curricular initiatives.
- Promote cultural awareness and a love of languages through dynamic teaching, enrichment opportunities, and international links.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom organisation in line with school expectations.

Key Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
- Ability to teach at least one MFL (French and/or Spanish preferred).
- A strong understanding of the MFL curriculum and assessment frameworks at KS3 and KS4.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
- Experience teaching both French and Spanish (desirable).
- Experience teaching at A-Level or equivalent post-16 qualifications (desirable).
