Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit partnership and corporation tax returns, liaising with external advisors
- Manage UK and overseas VAT returns while maintaining compliance
- Work closely with Senior Tax colleagues to calculate Partner tax reserves and prepare bi-annual Partner tax payments
- Assist with cashflow forecasting in relation to tax payments
- Provide a strong and up-to-date understanding of tax legislation and compliance
- Engage in ad hoc projects as required
Key Skills:
- Experience in a legal or professional services firm
- CTA qualified and/or ACA/ACCA part-qualified
- Evidence of partnership tax knowledge and understanding of SRA regulations
- Experience with 3E is highly desirable
