Key Responsibilities:
- Design and embed a future-state operating model aligned with strategic goals.

- Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce documentation such as TOM blueprints, RACI matrices, and executive summaries.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
