Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and embed a future-state operating model aligned with strategic goals.
  • Analyse current processes and structures to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Produce documentation such as TOM blueprints, RACI matrices, and executive summaries.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Target Operating Model Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme within a complex organisation. This contract role is based in Glasgow, operating on a hybrid working model.

You’ll play a key role in designing and embedding a future-state operating model that aligns with strategic goals. The role involves analysing current processes and structures, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the transition to more efficient and effective ways of working. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
