  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Tally features, updates, and related technologies.

  • Manage and track RAID logs with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track project progress in line with agreed milestones and timelines.
  • Establish and adhere to the escalation matrix when necessary.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all involved parties and ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and present status reports, risk mitigation plans, and timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Understand Service First, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Record management.

Role Description: Setting the technical direction for Tally-related projects, including architecture design and technology choices. Delivery experience in managing and navigating through multiple component teams and tracking their deliverables. Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to developers. Staying up-to-date with the latest Tally features, updates, and related technologies. Strong understanding of the Banking & Financial Services domain (Loans, Mortgage, Cards, Collection & Recovery) and good to have exposure working on migration projects. Strong expertise on Collection Platforms (eg, Tallyman, Debt Manager, Experian, FICO etc). Highlighting the risk and issue for the project along with proper mitigation plan. Managing and tracking the RAID logs with all the relevant stakeholders. Tracking the progress of the project to be in line with agreed milestones and timelines. Establishing and adhering to the escalation matrix in situations where necessary. Acting as a single point of contact for all involved parties and ensuring that issues and questions are routed to the correct teams for quick resolution.
