Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience
  • Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques)

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums
  • Experience sourcing in the legal field (preferred)
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for a Talent Sourcer to join their business in London.

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.
