This position is offered as a 6-month fixed term, remote based with hybrid working 1 day in London office. Elements are the pioneers of embedded talent. About The Role
As a Software Engineering, Talent Partner at Elements, you'll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high quality hiring strategies for a variety of junior to senior software engineering roles. You'll have the opportunity to design innovative sourcing approaches, build diverse talent pipelines, and provide a unique candidate experience within a fast paced, world leading, dynamic tech environment.
