Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist at ARC will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by generating talent pipelines across various departments to aid the company's growth strategy. This position involves managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer brand. The role is based in Belfast and is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic support and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic support and advice on departmental recruitment needs.
- Source candidates and build talent pipelines through a multi-channel approach.
- Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, and offers.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Produce and monitor time to hire and other recruitment KPIs.
- Develop and coordinate outreach relationships with schools and universities.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the company's management.
- Provide a high-quality service to clients through extensive research and headhunting.
- Stay updated with market trends to reflect in work.
Key Skills:
- Relevant business-related degree or HR qualification.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable experience of ensuring best practice recruitment methods.
- Previous experience using online recruitment systems.
- Strong organisational and influencing skills.
- Able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic working environment within a scaling company.
- Experience of using NI Jobs or LinkedIn recruiter (desirable).
