Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support a global telecommunications organization by managing recruitment processes on a contract basis. This role involves advertising job opportunities, sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and recruitment agencies while supporting recruitment campaigns and assessment centers. The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise opportunities through available channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.)
  • Actively search and create candidate pipelines and source talent through these channels
  • Conduct screening calls to help filter applications from long to shortlists for managers
  • Ensure candidates receive timely feedback and an excellent experience throughout the selection process
  • Engage with stakeholders and recruitment agencies
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with appropriate Recruitment Campaigns and Assessment Centres

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience hiring technical positions across Data Center, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, and Corporate Function roles
  • Comfortable in an environment of change and sustained business growth
  • Excellent relationship skills to deliver under pressure and meet high stakeholder expectations
