Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a 3-month fixed-term contract, focusing on attracting and securing top talent during a busy period. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise various channels, such as social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws and organisational policies.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current employment legislation.
