Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from role briefing through to offer and on-boarding
- Working closely with the current Talent Acquisition Manager
- Proactively source candidates working closely with hiring managers
- Screen, shortlist and interview candidates
- Ensure seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage
- Coordinate interviews and support with on-boarding
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal hiring policies
Key Skills:
- Proven experience of 'In-house' recruitment
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:
