- Continuously brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to attract external candidates.
- Articulate the brand ethos and promote the unique company culture.
- Use Workday daily to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Review CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and People Business Partners.
- Manage relationships with specialist agencies, universities, and job boards.
