Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the entire Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates who align with the brand values.
  • Continuously brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to attract external candidates.
  • Articulate the brand ethos and promote the unique company culture.
  • Use Workday daily to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Review CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and People Business Partners.
  • Manage relationships with specialist agencies, universities, and job boards.
