Summary: The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on enhancing the Early Careers and Campaigns function within a reputable Insurance/Financial Services brand. The contractor will engage in high-volume recruitment, candidate screening, and brand representation at events. The initial contract is set to run until January 2026, with a flexible working arrangement that includes on-site presence one day a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Early Careers and Campaigns function for volume hires.
  • Screen candidates and enhance the brand's social media presence.
  • Represent the organization positively at recruitment events.
  • Work on multiple projects within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Utilize creative methods to attract talent.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment campaigns or graduate recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Desirable experience in a highly regulated environment.
