The People Experience team is made up of Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Learning. Together they design, develop, and deliver an employee journey that represents Atom s and its strong values throughout.As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner at Atom bank, you will be a trusted partner to the business on all things Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. You ll own end-to-end recruitment for multiple tech roles within Atom and deliver innovative solutions for hard to fill roles by using various attraction & sourcing techniques.You ll use your expertise and market knowledge to advise the business and hiring coaches on effective hiring strategies, whilst also providing realistic timescales and highlighting challenges & opportunities. The scope of this role is wide, working collaboratively with your TA colleagues & the wider People team you ll get to have input on a multitude of things such as Employer Branding, EVP, Onboarding, Early Careers Programmes and even where our next Social will be!The People Experience team at Atom all land in the office together on a Tuesday, we then cover other days across the week in office to provide support to our colleagues who are onsite in Durham. Please only apply if you can attend the Durham office a minimum of 2 days a week.You WillPartner with various stakeholders across Technology to define & refine recruitment processes, advise on best practice, and gain a deep understanding of roles and their requirements.Strive to provide an exceptional Candidate Experience to enhance our Employer BrandAnalyse Talent Acquisition trends to identify opportunities and challenges in our hiring strategies.Develop & implement numerous assessment techniques.Continually build relevant Talent pools and networks to enable hiring at velocity in the future.Provide guidance to hiring coaches on effective interview and evaluation methods.Track, monitor and maintain Talent Acquisition data to enable reporting.What do we need from you?Considerable experience of In-house or agency recruitmentDemonstrable experience of sourcing candidates for hard to fill Tech roles.Be inquisitive, tenacious, and proactive.Knowledge of recruitment process best practices.Be able to manage multiple priorities.Be an excellent communicator.Possess strong stakeholder management skills to be able to influence and negotiate.Be commercially aware and able to balance the needs of candidates with the demands of Atom.Experience using Microsoft Office & G-SuiteWhat you ll get from us?Salary 30k- 40kFlexible Hybrid working4-day work weekIncredibly generous company pension scheme (maximum of 13% of Atom input - candidate can put in more)22.5 days annual leave plus public holidaysPrivate Medical Insurance for you and your full familyHealth Cash Plan, Life Insurance & Critical illness cover
