Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment process and evolve the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Vitacress Group.
- Conduct recruitment briefings and utilize recruitment tools to source top talent.
- Advertise job openings, screen candidates, and facilitate onboarding.
- Provide insights through data analysis and lead training sessions on best practice recruitment.
- Devise policy and procedure and continue the development of the ATS.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure recruitment needs are met.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a high-volume setting.
- Ability to influence and change behavior through insights from recruitment tools.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is beneficial but not required.
- Strong autonomy and desire to achieve results.
- Flexibility to travel between sites in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Kent, and West Sussex.

What Can You Do For Us
You will have the opportunity to evolve our Talent Acquisition strategy across the Vitacress Group, maintaining small talent attraction projects, driving the recruitment process, and collaborating closely with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure recruitment needs are met. You will conduct recruitment briefings, utilise recruitment tools, advertise job openings, source top talent, screen candidates, facilitate onboarding, and provide insights through data analysis. all the things you would expect in a busy internal recruitment role. Plus.... you will have the option to lead training sessions on best practice recruitment, devise policy and procedure, continue the development of our ATS and be the go to person for hiring for out managers!
What We Need From You
You will be able to show us proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a high-volume setting environment - it doesn't need to be inhouse, agency will work too. Manufacturing or FMCG experience will be beneficial but isn't a prerequisite. You will demonstrate to us how you can influence and change behaviour, whilst sharing insight through different recruitment tools. Your autonomy will be stand out and your desire to achieve unbounded You will need to be flexible to travel as this is a dual site role covering our farms and factories in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Kent and West Sussex.
