Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek and engage potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Mainly working across Manufacturing / Engineering, Buying and Quality
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
- Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Job Description Creation: Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and postings that attract suitable candidates.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Project and Recruitment Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks related to recruitment projects, ensuring efficient operation within the talent acquisition function, including data analysts and KPI's
- Provide coaching and counsel to business partners, demonstrating negotiation and persuasion skills
Qualifications
- Must be experienced, strong with stakeholders and have recruited for more technical roles.
- Must be able to work at pace and deal with changeable priorities
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including stakeholder and candidate management
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
The role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home and this will be a FTC on the company's books
