Can you do it?We have a 12-month FTC vacancy for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team to support our continued mission of attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent to support UK Biobank's growth and innovation. You will be accountable for end-to-end talent acquisition, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring their recruitment needs are met. You will have a focus on supporting UK Biobank's Data and Technology team as well as other departments across the business. A proven track record in recruiting in the IT and technology space is essential for this role.The key responsibilities are;Continually strive to improve the level of service provided by the Talent Acquisition team to all stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates and suppliersCollaborate with People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to plan and execute recruitment campaigns.Produce adverts and recruitment packs in line with best practice including equality, diversity and inclusion objectivesUtilising job boards, social media and direct sourcing to attract high calibre candidates.Working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective and consistent Social Media recruiting for their vacanciesCoaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment, selection and assessment processes.Member of the team for the delivery of key projects within Talent AcquisitionPlanning & delivery of the recruitment process for Early Careers recruitment (graduate and apprentice), attending open days and careers fairs when requiredEnsuring you stay aware of best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcingEnsure advice is adhered to in line with employment legislation.Developing own networks for sourcing and employer branding building within the industryOffering a creative approach to sourcing great talent for the Resourcing team focusing on attracting passive candidates to roles, talent pooling and building communitiesThe working pattern for this role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with expected 2 days per week in the office. Located in Greater Manchester in Stockport.Is this you?Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you'll have experience of;Working for an organisation that has had a pro-active Talent Attraction/brand development approachRecruiting IT / Technology roles either with an agency or as an in- house recruiter.The recruitment market and future trends in the industryUsing a wide range of attraction channels and technology for sourcingUtilising a variety of different attraction, sourcing and assessment techniques.Recruitment resourcing, both active and passive candidates via social media platforms as well as using agencies when appropriate to do so.Creating content and posts for social media to support attracting candidates.Our passion for diversity and equity means creating a work environment for all employees that is welcoming, respectful, engaging, and enriched with opportunities for personal and professional development.
