  • Partnering with stakeholders to shape role profiles and run full recruitment processes
  • Providing advice, insights, and feedback at each stage
  • Keeping up with job market and industry trends
  • Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and other systems
  • Working closely with the wider TA and HR teams

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a professional or financial services environment (not essential)
  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of stakeholder partnering
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Great team player who’s also comfortable working independently

We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established professional services business, based either in the North East of England or London. As the company continues its steady growth, they’re expanding their Talent Acquisition team, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of that journey. In this role, you’ll support and advise stakeholders across the business, helping to shape their talent strategy. If you enjoy delivering an exceptional service, being part of a collaborative team, and rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you!

Package: 12 month fixed-term contract (with the potential of the role becoming permanent) £37,000 - £43,000 per annum (£50,000 - £55,000 if London based) 10% annual bonus Excellent benefits package Hybrid working arrangement, great flexibility (number of office days per month depends on location)
