The role is hybrid, with the home office being in our Newcastle head office. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience with recruiting technology software engineers, if you have experience of working within a consultancy that would also be advantageous although not essential.As a small team we are very hands on and proactive, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to meet our demand hiring forecast. We have offices in Bristol, Leeds and Scotland, you will be instrumental in proving high calibre candidates across these locations including Newcastle.Suitable Candidates Should Have Experience WithExperience recruiting in the technology sector, including but not limited to, Software Developers, Testers, Architects and Delivery professionals working across Cloud and Open-source technologies Knows the difference between junior and senior candidates Good understanding of modern technology, language/frameworks and the difference between them Expertise in souring top talent using LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and market mapping.
