Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner at ISTARI will lead global end-to-end recruitment efforts, primarily focusing on building Cyber Advisory delivery teams while also supporting various roles across the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of technical requirements in cybersecurity and involves proactive sourcing and stakeholder partnership. The role also includes managing the implementation and administration of the ATS system to ensure effective recruitment processes. The successful candidate will enhance the candidate experience and ensure compliance with local employment legislation across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment life-cycle globally from job briefing and sourcing through to offer management and pre-boarding.
  • Act as the lead recruiter for specialised cyber advisory and consulting roles.
  • Provide recruitment support for diverse roles across other global business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Headhunt candidates for specialised and hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other niche sourcing channels.
  • Design and refine a structured candidate journey that reflects the ISTARI brand.
  • Lead the setup and implementation of the ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Run the ATS platform daily, ensuring data integrity and optimal use of all talent acquisition tools.
  • Produce regular pipeline reports and hiring dashboards for management visibility.
  • Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with local employment legislation across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Cyber Advisory or Cybersecurity Consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Prior experience implementing and running an ATS platform; Greenhouse experience is advantageous.
  • Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other global sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and candidates.
  • A self-starter who is highly organised and detail-oriented.

The Opportunity End-to-end talent acquisition globally, with a primary focus on building out ISTARI’s Cyber Advisory delivery teams. While specialised in cyber delivery recruitment, this role will also support the hiring of various other roles across the business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Talent Acquisition (Specialised & Global)
    • End-to-End Ownership: Own the full recruitment life-cycle globally from job briefing and sourcing through to offer management and pre-boarding.
    • Cyber Advisory Focus: Act as the lead recruiter for specialised cyber advisory and consulting roles, ensuring a deep understanding of technical requirements.
    • Business-Wide Support: Provide recruitment support for diverse roles across other global business functions as required.
    • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and drive timely hiring decisions.
    • Proactive Sourcing: Headhunt candidates for specialised and hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other niche sourcing channels.
    • Candidate Experience: Design and refine a structured candidate journey that reflects the ISTARI brand and ensures a consistent, inclusive experience.
  • ATS Implementation & System Management
    • System Implementation: Lead the setup and implementation of the ATS (Greenhouse), establishing effective workflows and automation.
    • Ongoing Administration: Run the ATS platform daily, ensuring data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and optimal use of all talent acquisition tools.
    • Reporting: Produce regular pipeline reports and hiring dashboards to provide the management team visibility on time-to-fill and candidate conversion metrics.
    • Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with local employment legislation across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on Cyber Advisory, Cybersecurity Consulting, or Professional Services.

Engagement Details:

  • Location: London, hybrid
  • Contract-type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). Full-time, London-based, with flexibility in working hours required to collaborate effectively with a global team across APAC, EMEA (UK), and AMER (US).
