Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for three dynamic Talent Acquisition Partners to support a busy recruitment agenda. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders and act as deputy for the Senior TA Partner, driving recruitment processes from briefing through to offer.
What You’ll Be Delivering
- Deputy Leadership in Recruitment
- Step in when the Senior TA Partner is unavailable to keep recruitment running smoothly and efficiently.
- Hiring Manager Partnering
- Collaborate closely with operational managers to understand their staffing needs, provide market insight, and offer strategic recruitment advice.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Candidate Selection & Engagement
- Handle CV screening, interview scheduling, shortlisting, and manage the candidate journey with professionalism and inclusivity.
- Recruitment Coordination & Tracking
- Ensure ATS data is accurate, maintain clear communication with hiring managers, and produce recruitment progress reporting.
- Brand Advocacy & Experience Championing
- Represent our client positively throughout the recruitment lifecycle, keeping candidate experience front and centre.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay informed of emerging trends in the hiring market and help evolve recruitment strategies and processes.
