Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to take detailed role briefs and provide strategic support on recruitment needs.
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines using a multi-channel approach.
  • Manage the full recruitment process lifecycle, including sourcing, assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to maintain high-quality candidate sourcing.
  • Handle international recruitment processes and manage the recruitment database.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and monitor recruitment KPIs.
  • Develop outreach relationships with educational institutions for future talent acquisition.
  • Support the HR team with company induction processes.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment systems.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Desirable: Business-related degree or HR qualification.
  • Experience using tools like Pinpoint or LinkedIn Recruiter.
