Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to enhancing Hogarth's employer brand through social media and other channels.
  • Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
