Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA will lead the regional Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruitment efforts across the region to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional Talent Acquisition team and manage recruitment efforts across EMEA.

What’s the job?
You’ll lead our regional Talent Acquisition team, driving recruitment efforts across EMEA to meet evolving organisational needs. You’ll manage the team while also managing your own recruitment portfolio, balancing leadership with hands-on recruiting. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute national and international recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent. You’ll deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates alike. You’ll act as a trusted advisor by providing regular reporting, sharing market insights, and promoting recruitment best practices. You’ll continuously improve recruitment processes across the region, introducing innovative strategies to source and engage future talent. You’ll support the Global Talent Acquisition Lead in aligning and integrating recruitment processes across two businesses following a recent acquisition. You’ll take ownership of key recruitment projects, driving them forward as needed. You’ll collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team, providing support across other regions as required, and contributing to shared success.
What are we looking for?
You’ll have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a regional role. You’ll have experience leading a recruitment team, ideally within a multi-location or hybrid work environment, while also balancing your own recruitment portfolio. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders and adept at navigating complex organisational dynamics. You’ll bring a data-driven approach, capable of developing and analysing recruitment metrics and making informed decisions, with experience using tools like Power BI or Excel. You’ll have a passion for leveraging existing and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies. You’ll thrive in an autonomous role, making confident, independent decisions without the need for direct oversight. Prior experience leading a Talent Acquisition team through a period of change would be advantageous. You’ll be available for a 9-month contract role.
