Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
- Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates across the Creative Design industry
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience on all sides
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
- Provide additional value in ad-hoc projects across the Talent function, including system analysis/implementation, HM training, and process improvement
