Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Greenhouse subject matter expert, supporting recruiters and stakeholders.
- Standardise job creation and management across business units.
- Build and maintain recruitment reports and insights.
- Improve ATS processes and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting.
Requirements
- Expert hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience with Greenhouse MCP.
- Background in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and experience making safe changes to live systems.
- Experience with Claude and other ATS platforms is advantageous.
