  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from job briefing and sourcing through to offer management
  • Support change and transformation programmes through effective workforce delivery
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Use data and market insight to manage pipelines, track performance, and improve outcomes
  • Lead inclusive attraction, sourcing, and selection activity to build diverse talent pools
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and reporting
  • Coach and support colleagues to ensure consistent recruitment standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across TA processes and ways of working

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruitment across specialist and managerial roles, with a strong focus on supporting organisational change and transformation programmes. This role sits within a centralised Talent Acquisition function operating in a global, matrix environment. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, change leads, and People teams to ensure recruitment activity is aligned to strategic priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
