Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience and supporting Hiring Managers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed and complex candidate interview schedules
- Managing and communicating any interview changes to candidates, recruiters, and interview teams
- Welcoming candidates on the day of their interview and ensuring a smooth interview process
- Engaging in recruitment process improvement projects as appropriate
- Partnering with the recruitment team to continuously improve interview processes
- Assisting with other projects around candidate support, recruitment, and onboarding processes
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or Customer Service preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking, and Onboarding Systems preferred
- Proactive with great time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and seek out new ways of working
- Excellent follow-through skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous situations

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our team by delivering the best experience for our candidates and Hiring Managers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be working across multiple business units, gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions and COE’s. The TA Coordinator is a key partner to the Recruiters by coordinating / scheduling candidate interviews and providing systems and logistical support.
