Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in a professional services business in the North East of England. This role involves assisting TA Partners throughout the recruitment process and collaborating with various teams. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in HR, TA, or administration who are committed to delivering excellent service. The role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team of Talent Acquisition Partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Updating information on various systems
  • Handling potentially confidential details (personal details)
  • Speaking to candidates via phone
  • Arranging interviews on behalf of the TA team and relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting with the onboarding process - gathering right to work documents, new starter information etc.
  • Providing updates to internal stakeholders, external candidates and potentially 3rd party recruitment agencies

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a professional or financial services environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Pride in delivering quality work and meeting timelines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative

We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a well-established professional services business based in the North East of England. As the company continues to grow steadily, they’re expanding their Talent Acquisition team, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey. In this role, you'll support TA Partners throughout the full recruitment process, working closely with teams across the business. Whether you’re currently in HR, TA, or a general admin role, if you love delivering a top-notch service, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you!

Package: 12 month fixed-term contract (with the potential of the role becoming permanent) £28,000 - £30,000 per annum 5% annual bonus Excellent benefits package Hybrid working arrangement, great flexibility (number of days in the office per month dependant on distance from the office)
