Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to align on hiring priorities and expectations.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate information using Greenhouse.
- Actively identify and source top talent for various positions within the cyber security industry.
Key Skills:
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
- Familiarity with G-Suite.
- Previous experience as a recruitment/talent acquisition coordinator.
- Ability to manage busy diaries and arrange interviews across various time zones.
- Experience sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for a positive candidate journey.
