Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to align on hiring priorities and expectations.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate information using Greenhouse.
• Actively identify and source top talent for various positions within the cyber security industry.

Key Skills:

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Familiarity with G-Suite.
• Previous experience as a recruitment/talent acquisition coordinator.
• Ability to manage busy diaries and arrange interviews across various time zones.
