Summary: The role of Talent Acquisition Advisor/Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor involves joining a newly formed team focused on enhancing employer branding, improving candidate experience, and streamlining recruitment processes. The position requires collaboration with various departments to optimize talent attraction strategies and manage the recruitment lifecycle. Candidates will be expected to provide expert advice on resourcing solutions and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruitment agencies. This role offers a temporary contract with the potential for permanent placement, emphasizing flexibility and a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the recruitment expert and trusted advisor for resourcing solutions to attract quality candidates.
  • Develop effective relationships with hiring managers and build a sound understanding of their services.
  • Coach managers to make the best use of permanent and temporary staffing solutions.
  • Proactively identify areas to improve resourcing strategies and search capability.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with agencies to ensure the best value.
  • Support the delivery of wider recruitment projects and initiatives in alignment with the people strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the talent pipeline and talent pool database.
  • Support the development of recruitment metrics and reports.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in proactive recruitment either from an in-house or agency recruiter background.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Relevant HR or business qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR legislation and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Experience with ICT packages such as Word and Excel, and relevant HR recruitment systems - EG LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS.
  • Highly organised, motivational, and influential at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to diverse cultures and contexts.
  • A willingness to embrace change and innovation.
  • A respect for diverse perspectives and experiences.

Salary (Rate): £25
