  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to network and develop relationships with diverse candidates.
  • Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SuccessFactors.

Are you excited by the opportunity to play a key role in helping us attract and hire diverse talent across all functions and locations? Do you have previous experience attracting talent to organisations, with a passion for and experience with direct sourcing? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our busy Talent Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to help us keep the world moving!

Your Role

In this role you will work collaboratively with hiring managers to develop a clear understanding of requirements, promote roles across a number of channels as well as proactively sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards and social media. You will work with hiring teams to ensure all recruitment processes are efficient, effective and follow best practice. You will facilitate the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a streamlined and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Working with hiring teams you will deliver tailored sourcing and selection strategies. Reviewing applications, you will screen applications and assess candidate suitability for the role. You will support and coach managers through recruitment processes, including assessment centres. Acting as a Peel Ports Ambassador, you will attend careers events and promote Peel Ports as an employer of choice.

What you'll bring

You will have previous recruitment experience (either in-house or agency), alongside:

  • Strong background in candidate sourcing, including using LinkedIn Recruiter and Job Boards
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Track record of networking and developing relationships with a diverse range of candidates across a variety of specialisms
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at a time in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write compelling job adverts for a variety of roles
  • Strong IT skills, previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential, ideally SuccessFactors but not essential
