Summary: The Talent Acquisition Advisor at Forvis Mazars will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting talent within the experienced hire team. This role focuses on enhancing the candidate experience, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and fostering an inclusive recruitment approach. The advisor will collaborate with hiring managers and utilize various sourcing platforms to ensure alignment with the firm's talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting talent for experienced hires.
- Enhancing candidate experience and providing service to hiring managers.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring inclusivity and compliance.
- Using applicant tracking systems to manage hiring processes.
- Providing candidate management support including shortlisting and onboarding.
- Assisting hiring managers with job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Sharing market insights and engaging third-party recruitment agencies.
- Proactively sourcing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Managing senior stakeholders to align hiring needs with acquisition strategies.
Key Skills:
- In-house professional services recruitment experience.
- Experience in headhunting and direct candidate sourcing.
