Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Morrisons, you will lead the recruitment process to attract top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet their resourcing needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment process, from role design to onboarding.
- Manage candidate offers and benefits packages with support from internal teams.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using effective sourcing strategies.
- Deliver screened shortlisted candidates fully qualified according to the brief.
- Influence hiring managers to support diversity aspirations.
- Upskill hiring managers on interview techniques and inclusive recruitment.
- Provide market and competitor insights to support workforce planning.
- Gather and translate hiring data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Identify skill gaps and assist in building succession plans.
