Summary: The Talent Acquisition Administrator role is designed for a highly organized and proactive individual to join a legal firm's People team in the West End of London. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth candidate experience while assisting with various administrative tasks related to recruitment. This role is office-based, requiring three days on-site work each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating interviews and managing diaries between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process with administrative tasks
- Posting job adverts and managing applications through the applicant tracking system
- Communicating with candidates to arrange interviews and provide updates
- Preparing offer paperwork and supporting onboarding administration
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate data
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment campaigns and hiring projects
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
