Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a dynamic People team at a leading law firm in the City of London. This role involves providing administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition and managing various recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, room bookings, and liaising with agencies or candidates.
- Respond to unsuccessful direct applicants promptly and professionally.
- Create and update job descriptions and manage job advertising.
- Draft offer letters and send onboarding documentation to new joiners.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and support firmwide inductions.
- Support the Early Careers Advisor with solicitor apprenticeship and graduate recruitment administration, including diary management and internal communications.
- Manage the recruitment inbox.
- Provide wider support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations team on ad hoc tasks and projects.
Key Skills:
- Previous administrative experience in HR or recruitment is ideal.
- Strong administration experience within professional services.
- A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Good stakeholder management experience.
- Flexibility to work in the office up to 5 days per week during peak periods.
