Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned roles, ensuring high-quality candidate supply and timely progress across multiple requisitions.
  • Partners closely with Hiring Managers, Craft Leads, Senior Recruiters, and Talent Delivery colleagues to meet hiring targets and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Sources and engages passive and active talent using diverse channels — job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Executes efficient, data-driven search strategies to identify, engage, and convert top candidates.
  • Delivers a first-class candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Proactively tracks progress against hiring goals and uses data to identify gaps and adjust sourcing tactics.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting Booking.com’s culture and opportunities to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Supports the business by providing regular talent market insights and feedback loops to improve search effectiveness.
  • Partners with recruiters and hiring teams to manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through to offer stage.

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house), preferably within fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver against multiple requisitions and tight timelines.
  • Experience sourcing for both technical (e.g., engineering, data, product) and non-technical (e.g., operations, marketing, customer experience) roles.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to optimize delivery and demonstrate impact.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders effectively.
