- Check the quality of alterations and guarantee impeccable results
- Manage alteration forms, prepare quotations, and monitor delivery timelines
- Carry out pressing, finishing, and packaging of garments

- Work closely with both sales and back-of-house teams
- Contribute to after-sales activities (returns, repairs, claims) with appropriate solutions
