Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill hardware needs across the business, including servers, CPUs, FPGAs, SSDs, laptops, and networking equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping hardware to data centres and offices globally.
- Manage hardware refresh cycles and replacement parts.
- Maintain documentation of preferred suppliers and procurement processes.
- Support and manage hardware-related maintenance agreements and professional services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize procurement workflows.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant Dutch regulations.
- Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and operations teams to meet urgent and evolving hardware demands.
