Summary: The T400 Stress Engineer role involves conducting static structural analysis for both composite and metallic structures within the Wing Plant Engineering Team. The position requires validating structural integrity and ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Static structural analysis for composite and metallic structures.
- Analyse and validate metallic and composite/hybrid structures at the component level for static strength and F&DT.
- Produce relevant strength margins or reserve factors according to validated methods and sizing processes.
- Provide stress analyses for the repair/acceptance of metallic and composite/hybrid structures.
- Ensure airworthiness requirements for aircraft structures are met.
Key Skills:
- Ideally held T400 Concessions Approval previously.
- Open to candidates without approval but with relevant stress and/or concessions experience.
- Experience with other aircraft, military aircraft, or product knowledge.
Salary (Rate): £67.60/hour

Double day shift pattern (alternating weeks)
Week of mornings – 6:00am – 1:10pm
Week of afternoons – 1:30pm – 8:40pm

You will be operating as a Stress Engineer within our Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET) working alongside our existing stress analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Static structural analysis, composite and metallic.
- Ability to analyse and validate Metallic, Composites / Hybrids structures at component level for Static strength, F&DT and produce relevant strength margins or reserve factors according to validated and applicable methods & sizing processes.
- Ability to provide stress analyses for the repair/acceptance of metallic, composites/ hybrids structures.
