Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the environmental chassis emissions dynamometer and conduct pre-checks and vehicle preparation for testing.
• Manage emissions test benches and compile detailed test reports.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical test requirements and develop tailored test procedures.
• Operate and maintain testing facilities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and ISO standards.
• Provide technical support and deliver familiarisation sessions on equipment usage for team members.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in AVL SCADA, PUMA, CAMEO & ETAS INCA within manual and automated engine test facilities.
• Proficiency in ICE emissions measurement and initial quality evaluation.
• Extensive experience in rig and laboratory-based technical testing and evaluation of ICE systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to optimise test methodologies.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment functionality and operational requirements.
